EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The term for exchanges is 15 days after the delivery of the package.
We do not accept returns, but we will help you select a piece (of the same value) to offset your purchase. This does not apply to items purchased at a special price or on sale.

To process an exchange, the following steps must be followed:

• Notify the reasons for the exchange to contacto@monicawatanabe.com or +52 33 1094 8403
• Send the product to the previously indicated address of our distribution center in the city of Guadalajara, Mexico. This shipment must be covered by the client.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, including the original packaging.
• Once the product is received, its condition will be verified and the exchange will be processed for the requested item.
• If the product is in poor condition, damaged or used, the exchange will not be processed.
